Viewing Hardware and Firmware Information

During the self-test procedure, you can display hardware and firmware information of an 8528/8568

phone on the LCD. The information can be used for troubleshooting/tracking problems related to

specific hardware and software revisions.

To view hardware and firmware information:

While the LCD is showing a dark display during the LCD Test of the self-test procedure (see

step 2 on

page 286

), press one of the following buttons:

ID).
