IP Port (100Base-T)
:
An auto-sensing (10/100 Mbps) eight-pin RJ-45 jack provides IP connec

load Call Processing software or software licenses, or to program the database.
This port is configured to auto-negotiate both speed and duplex mode. As such, the network
switch port connected to this jack must also be configured to auto-negotiate speed and duplex
mode.
The LED on the right side of the RJ-45 jack is a link/activity LED. This LED is lit if the system
detects a physical network link, and it flashes if the system detects activity on the link. The LED
on the left side of the RJ-45 jack indicates the speed of the connection. This LED is lit if the link
speed is 100 Mbps, and it is unlit if the link speed is 10 Mbps.
