It is recommended that the door relay be used below the maximum voltage rating to drive another

relay to drive the door opener.

The following table provides the pinout for the six-pin modular relay jack on the back of the HX

Controller chassis.

In the de-energized state, the Lock Relay Common contact (pin 3) has continuity with the Lock Relay

Normally Closed contact (pin 6), while the Normally Open contact (pin 4) is open. When the relay

is energized, the Lock Relay Common contact and the Lock Relay Normally Open contact have

continuity, leaving the Lock Relay Normally Closed contact open.
