 After the Voicemail answers Dial # plus your Mailbox Number .

 Call 802-857-7000 .
Dial # plus your Mailbox Number .

Be prepared to enter Pass Code
(default is 1111), record your name, and
record your greeting.
To Respond To Message Light
Dial local access code 7000 . Follow prompts.
To Transfer Caller Directly Into A Mailbox
 Press ( TRANS/CONF)
 Press VMT key.
 When Voicemail answers, Press *
 Enter the mailbox number at which the caller wants to leave a
message.
 Hang up immediately .
To Dial Out Of Someone’s Mailbox
 Dial Extension Number .
Notes

New messages are saved until listened to
 Played or kept messages are saved for 15 days
 Discarded messages cannot be retrieved
AFTER DIALING THE ACCESS CODE (7000 or 8999) , WAIT
FOR THE VOICEMAIL SYSTEM TO ANSWER BEFORE
DIALING ADDITIONAL DIGITS.
