Model 8602: 

The Model 8602 IP softphone supports most of the features of the Model 8662

hard endpoint, except the following:

Feature Codes: 

The two feature codes in the table below function differently, depending on

the mode that the endpoint is operating in.

Voice mail displays:

 In SIP mode, voice mail displays are not supported, however, the user

will still receive audio prompts.

Power Supplies

Each SIP and IP device must use a compatible power supply. Because there are so many power
supply options, it is recommended that you refer to the IP Devices Power Supply Matrix
located in the 

IP Devices Installation Manual 

when selecting a power supply for the IP or SIP

device.
