Call forwarding function
If absent or busy, you can forward your calls to another terminal, an external number
(e.g. the GSM number) or your voice mailbox

The call forwarding is shown in the first line of the idle screen by means of the
symbol in case of immediate forwarding or on busy or by means of the
symbol
in case of forwarding on no answer.
Note:
when all the forwards are selected, only the symbol
is displayed.
Forwarding a call

You want to access the call forwarding function.
1 - Press the
Menu
Fox key.
2 - Select
Forwarding
and confirm.
Note:
It is possible that the screen shows the forwarding state
previously activated. In this case, the
Erase
Fox key is available.
To define the type of forwarding:
The following types of forwarding are proposed:
•
Immediate forwarding
: The call will be routed immediately to the
indicated phone.
•
Forwarding if busy
:
The call will be directly routed to the
indicated phone if your phone is busy (or not available).
•
Forwarding on no reply
: The call will be routed to the phone
indicated if you do not answer.
•
Predefined forward
: The call will be routed to a phone the
number of which is programmed by the operator.
3 - Select the desired option and confirm.
The screen now prompts you to specify the origin of calls to be
forwarded.
To specify the origin of the calls:
You want to choose the origin of the calls to be forwarded.
•
All origin
: Allows you to forward all calls.
*Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.
