CONFIGURING RING SPLASH SETTINGS
Use the following parameters to configure the ring splash settings:

BLF SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD
On the IP phones, you can set the time period, in seconds, that the IP phone re-subscribes the
BLF subscription service.
In the configuration files, enter the following parameter with a valid value to set the BLF
subscription period:
sip blf subscription period: <value in seconds>
The minimum value for this parameter is 120 seconds (2 minutes) and the maximum is
2147483647 seconds. The default is 3600 (1 hour). The phone resubscribes to the BLF
subscription service before the defined subscription period ends.
You can configure this feature using the configuration files or the Mitel Web UI.
