LOCKING THE SAVE AND DELETE KEYS
Note:
Applicable to the 6865i IP Phone only.

startup.cfg, <model>.cfg, <mac>.cfg
DESCRIPTION
Allows you to lock or unlock the
Save
key on the 6865i IP Phone.
When the
Save
key is unlocked, a User can change the function of
the key using the Mitel Web UI. An Administrator can change the
function of the key using the Mitel Web UI or the configuration files.
Note:
Changing the function from the
Save
key to another function
without assigning another
Save
key removes the ability to save items
on the IP phone.
