ACD AUTO-AVAILABLE TIMER SETTINGS
MAPPING KEY SETTINGS
This section provides the hard key settings you can use to enable and disable the Redial, Conf,
and Xfer keys on the IP phone.
Note:
Applicable to the 6865i, 6867i, 6869i, and 6873i IP Phones only.

Enables or disables the use of the ACD Auto-Available Timer.

Enables or disables the Redial key on the IP phone. If this parameter
is set to 0, the key is active and can be pressed by the user. If this
parameter is set to 1, pressing the Redial key is ignored, and the
dialed number is not saved to the "Outgoing Redial List".
