Advance Configuration
The ‘Advance Configuration’ page is for advanced users. In this page the Configurable I/O
ports can be configured as well as the optional Dynamic DNS settings.
Configurable'I/O'Ports'
There are two (2) Configurable I/O ports: A & B. These ports can be used to interface miDoor
to other home automation equipment that support Configurable I/Os.
Each port can be configured with 5 settings:
None
The port is not used.
Trigger on alarm
Generate a high signal when there is an active alarm
This is an output port.
Trigger on door opened
Generate a high signal whenever the door is opened
This is an output port.
Trigger on door closed
Generate a high signal whenever the door is closed.
This is an output port
Change door on trigger
Generate a push event whenever the input to this port changes from a low signal to a
high signal.
This is an input port.
The Configurable I/O ports can handle from 0 to +5V but when a port is configured as an
output it will p3.3V.
Configurable I/O ports are sometimes referred to as GPIOs.
