CAUTION
• Do not scratch, damage, manipulate, bend, twist or bundle the power cords, or place heavy
objects on it or pinch it.
• Do not disassemble or modify the system, which is not specifically described in this manual.
This could result in fire, electric shock or injury.
• Use single-phase power with 220-240V.
• The miscea aquamore system and its components must be protected against mechanical
damages. Installations in these locations could cause fires, electric shocks or a malfunction.
Do not install the system or any of its components in locations:
o that are excessively dusty or damp where condensation may form on the appliance .
o where water may spatter directly onto the appliance.
o where it will be exposed to direct sunlight outdoors (maximum temperature is 50 degrees
Celsius), near heat sources or open fire.
o where salt damage may occur or where aggressive, neutral or reductive gases are
present.
• Do not connect or disconnect any electrical components of the system from the socket with
wet hands.
• Do not power off the system for long periods of time otherwise the hygienic stagnation flush
function does not work. The system should always be powered on.
• Care must be taken that the system components are easily accessible for maintenance work.
• The screen seals that are fitted to the valve must be installed in order to prevent dirt and
debris from the mains pipeline entering the system.
• Open cold water supply and check connections for leaks.
4.1 Installation and first time set up checklist
1. Ensure the mains water pressure is between 1 and 3 bars. If the mains water pressure is not
between this range, fit the appropriate device to increase/decrease the water pressure to
within the recommended range.
2. Assemble and install all system components in the order provided in this instruction manual.
a. Install the IFH and Filter
b. Install the faucet
c. Install the HyDrain
d. Install the Waterbox
e. Install the Syrupbox (for miscea aquamore Quattro model only)
f. Perform carbonation device drainage procedure (optional)
g. Install the Carbonator
3. Adjust the cold water thermostat on the carbonator according to preferences. Recommended
positions are from 4-7.
4. Turn on still water to test still water dispensing on faucet and eliminate all remaining air in the
cold-water circuit. Check for leaks at all connection points and components.
5. Prime the water filter with still water (drain 15 L)
6. Disinfect system with the anolyte procedure. (refer to 6.8 Routine maintenance of Carbonator
Unit: Anolyte disinfection procedure).
7. Prime syrup tubes (for miscea aquamore Quattro model only).
8. Connect CO
2
Bottle to Carbonator.
9. Turn the sparkling water on to eliminate all remaining air in the soda water circuit.
