Entering the user name
Enter the name of the user to whom your print jobs will automatically be
assigned.

Under “User Name“ enter a name or code.
The appropriate user name automatically appears in the display of the
control panel for user calls or status messages.
Determining the configuration
Determine automatically the optional accessories your printer will be
equipped with.
This feature is only enabled if your printer is connected locally to your
computer.

Click on the [CONFIGURATION] button..
Your computer automatically determines the currently installed
options and takes them over into the printer settings.
