Customer service request messages
These messages indicate serious errors that can only be eliminated by a
customer service technical specialist.
If one of these errors appears on the display, turn the printer off and back
on. If the problem does not go away, contact your customer support
technical specialist.
CAUTION
Damage to unit with error message FAT.ERROR 33 FUSER
Error message FAT.ERROR 33 FUSER reports a serious device error. If
the printer is still operated in spite of the error message, the result may be
serious damage to the machine.
➜ Turn the printer off immediately.
➜ Call your customer support technical specialist.
