9.8 Printer messages
Printer messages are shown on the printer's display. The messages are
divided into six groups.
You will find an exact description of individual printer messages on the
following pages.
Messages Description
Status Displays the current printer status.
Warning Displays warning messages currently present.
Caution Indicates minor errors that do not result in interruption of
the print process.
Auto continue Indicates errors that result in an interruption of the print
process. If “Automatic function“ is ON, the printer
automatically returns to On Line status after set amount of
time has expired.
User call Indicates errors that can be resolved by the user without
outside help.
Customer service request Indicates serious errors that can only be resolved by a
customer service specialist.
