Setting up Network Servers
Configuring the Pi5500 and clients for Fiery WebTools
The Fiery WebTools offer access to many Pi5500 functions via the Internet (or your
company’s intranet), providing additional flexibility in remote management. You can
access Fiery WebTools from a Mac OS or Windows computer.

1.
Perform Pi5500 Setup and enable TCP/IP.
In Network Setup, choose Protocol Setup and perform TCP/IP Setup and Ethernet
Setup. If the Token Ring option is installed, perform Token Ring Setup.
2.
Set a valid, unique IP address for the Pi5500, and then set the subnet mask and a
gateway address, if necessary.
3.
Exit TCP/IP Setup and exit Protocol Setup.
4.
Choose Service Setup, and choose Web Services Setup.
5.
For Enable Web Services, select Yes.
6.
Exit Service Setup and exit Network Setup, and select Yes at the Save Changes screen.
