Delayed Transmission (Timer)
You can use this function to take advantage of lower evening and week-
end long-distance rates.
You can only use this function if the date and time have been programmed
in the machine.
Insert the document face up into the ADF.
Adjust contrast and resolution if necessary.

Press [FAX] on the control panel.

Press [UTILITY] and [2] on the
numeric keypad.

Enter the required time of
transmission and press [YES].

Enter the fax number and press
[START].
The machine scans the document
into memory.

Press [NO] to confirm the entry.

Press [YES] to continue
programming further
transmissions.
If the memory becomes full during the scan process, your fax will return to
standby mode. In this case repeat the programming procedure when
enough memory is available again.
