Dialling Mode

Seven different dialling methods are available.

Insert the document face up into the ADF, press [FAX] on the control
panel and dial using the required dialling option.

Manual Dialling Using the Numeric Keypad

1

Enter the fax number using the
numeric keypad and press
[START]. You can check the
number on the display and, if
necessary, delete it and then enter the new number. A maximum of
30 digits can be entered using the numeric keypad.

Automatic Dialling Using One-Touch Dialling

1

Press one of the one-touch keys
[01] - [27] which has already been
programmed. After scanning the
document, the machine will
automatically dial the number.

Automatic Dialling Using Speed Dialling

1

Press [SPEED DIAL] and then
enter the 2-digit speed dial
number (00-99).

The name of the remote fax
machine appears on the display.
Press [START] and the machine
will automatically start dialling
after it has scanned the document.
