FEATURES
•
Power On/Off function.
•
Centigrade or Fahrenheit readout.
•
Temperature measuring range from
–10°C to 220°C (14°F to 428°F).
•
Temperature resolution 0.1°C/°F.
BATTERY INSTALLATION
•
Rotate and leave the lower cap.
•
Insert one LR44 button battery in polarity (+) and (-) as indicated.
•
Re-install the lower cap.
Warning
: Do not install the battery in wrong polarity.
POWER ON
Press ON/OFF button to turn on and off the thermometer.
TO SELECT °C/°F
Press °C/°F button to select Centigrade or Fahrenheit readout.
HOW TO USE
Just insert the stainless steel probe into the measuring object, the measuring temperature
will be shown on the LCD display.
TO RESET THE UNIT
Press the RESET button to reset the uit. After reset, all the setting is default value.
CAUTIONS
•
Always wear a heat resistant glove to touch the metal probe during or just after cooking.
•
Keep the metal probe away from children.
•
Sterilize the metal probe each time before probing it into the food preparation.
•
DO NOT use the thermometer in microwave oven.
•
DO NOT place the thermometer’s display in direct sunlight, or left it comes in contact
with moisture or hot surfaces.
•
Do not use a scouring pad or other abrasive substance to clean the stainless steel
probe.
LIMITED WARRANTY
This instrument was carefully calibrated and inspected. If any failure occurs under normal use, this product will be repaired
according to warranty conditions and limitations.

The warranty period is 3 (three) months and begins on the date of purchase.
2-
It will be repaired free of charge in the following cases:
A)
Manufacturing defects or damages occurred under normal use of instrument within the warranty period.
B)
The services to correct the failure will be done only in authorized service center or personal will be allowed to fix this
product.
C)
If the product is purchased through a Minipa’s authorized dealer.
3-
Warranty will be void in case:
A)
It has been misused, altered, neglected or damaged by accident or abnormal conditions of operation or handling.
B)
The instrument shows violations by a non authorized repair center or personal.
4-
This warranty does not apply to fuses, dry cells, batteries and accessories as test leads, carrying case, thermo couple,
etc.
5-
For instrument with software, Minipa assumes responsibility that the software will operate in accordance with its functional
specifications for 90 days. Minipa will not guarantee that the software will be error free or operate without interruption.
6-
Minipa assumes no risk for damage in transit nor the transportation costs.
7- Warranty will be valid only after the registration of this certificate.
