MAC Address
Media Access Control Address
– a unique, unchanging identifier for the
generator unit.

Network
gateway
IP address of the network gateway. When DHCP is selected this is assigned
automatically by the server.

Subnet Mask
The Network's Subnet Mask. When DHCP is selected this is assigned
automatically by the server.

IP Address
The IP address of the unit in your Network. When DHCP is selected this is
assigned automatically by the server.

Use DHCP
Use Dynamic Host Control Protocol. When selected the Generator will
automatically query the server for appropriate parameters (IP Address, Subnet
Mask and Network gateway); otherwise these must be entered manually.

Refresh
Request IP address, Gateway and Subnet mask from Server.

Copy state
Copies the current dynamic IP settings to the static configuration section (not
available when DHCP is selected).

Configuration
When DHCP is not selected the User must specify the IP Address, Subnet
Mask and Network gateway values manually.

Telnet Port
Port to be used for Telnet communication. Cannot be changed by User

Store
Save all user changes to the Ethernet configuration.

Password
Limit user access to the generator by selecting "Use Password" and entering
the desired password (up to 20 characters).

HTTP Port
Specify the port to use for HTTP communication with the Network (default is
port 80). Note: Port address does not get assigned by the Server when
DHCP is selected. Port 23 is reserved for Telnet and cannot be used for
HTTP communication.

After making the changes you want, click on "Store"
and the changes will be saved
to the generator's memory.
