STEP 1. Your GO -FIND det ector r equires no
assembly or tools . Simply remo ve the det ector fr om
the box.
STEP 2. Press do wn the red UNL OCK button on both
sides to r elease the handle.
STEP 3.
Inser t 4 x 1.5V AA (LR6) batt eries
(not included).
STEP 4. Slide out the armr est to desir ed length
(typic ally just under your elb ow) .
STEP 5. Fold out the sear ch coil t o detec t parallel
with the ground (r efer t o Det ecting Basics).
Tigh ten the wing nut t o fix the coil position. B e
careful not t o over tigh ten.
STEP 6.
Fully e xtend the lo wer shaf t and CLICK
into plac e (or leave c ollapsed for shor ter det ector
length). Ref er to ‘Det ecting Basics ’ for adjusting t o
cor rec t length.
STEP 7. Release the camlock lev er to adjust the
upper shaft t o desired length, f or your heigh t.
STEP 8. Adjust the ar mrest str ap to secur ely fit
around y our arm.

F ailure t o press the unlock butt on when
releasing handle will cause damage .
T o retr act shaf t, fir mly tap on the base of the coil .
