Obtaining the MAC address from system logs 

Export Log Files 

2. 

Find and open the “PMLogHistory.txt” file in the Log folder 

3.  The system MAC Address can be found a few lines underneath the 

“Postmortem” section of the logs (see image below).

MAC address is displayed on the Network page. Activate the Cursor and go to Setup 
in the bottom left corner and then click Network.
