Repair and Disassembly
NOTE
Wear an anti-static wristband during maintenance and disassembly.
This manual only shows the methods and sequences of disassembly.
Reverse the operations during assembly.
When assembling, please keep the direction of the connection, the
routing path and the fixed position of the wire consistent with those
before the disassembly.
Please detect the sealing ring, sponge pad, etc. during assembly, please
keep them consistent with those before disassembly.
5.1 Tools Preparation
During disassembly and replacement of parts, the following tools may be required:
1. Phillips screwdriver (Size 102)
2. Phillips screwdriver (Size 107)
3. Needle nose pliers
4. Diagonal pliers
5. Electric iron
6. Anti-static wristband
5.2 Disassembly steps
5.2.1 Disassembling Front and Rear Covers (Note: You
should wear an anti-static wristband throughout)
1. As shown in the figure: Remove the M3x8 Phillips pan head double washer
screws from the eight screw holes of the rear cover with a Phillips screwdriver.
Be careful not to miss the screws under the DB9 waterproof cover.
