and limitations as well as potential hazards associated with this type of light.
• This tool is designed to be powered by 2-AAA batteries properly inserted
into the tool.
Do not attempt to use with any other voltage or power supply.
• Do not leave batteries within the reach of children.
• Do not mix new and used batteries.
• Do not mix brands (or types within brands) of batteries.
• Do not mix rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries.
• Install batteries according to polarity (+ / -) diagrams.
• Properly dispose of used batteries immediately.
• Do not incinerate or dismantle batteries.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery, avoid
contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts
eyes, additionally seek medical help.
Liquid ejected from the battery may
cause irritation or burns.
• Do not dispose of tool or batteries together with household waste material!
Appliance and batteries that have reached the end of their life must be collected
separately and returned to an environmentally compatible recycling facility.
• Maintain labels and nameplates.
These carry important information. If unread-
able or missing, contact a
MILWAUKEE service facility for a free replacement.

ASSEMBLY
Changing Batteries
Only use alkaline batteries. Do not use zinc-carbon batteries. If the light will not
be used for a long time, remove the batteries as a protection against corrosion.
To change the batteries:
1. Twist the cap to open the battery compartment.
2. Insert two AAA batteries according to the polarity marked in the compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment.
OPERATION
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury, do not look directly into the light
when the light is on.
Press the power button to turn the light on or off.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury, always remove the battery before
performing any maintenance. Never disassemble the tool.
Contact a MILWAUKEE service facility for ALL repairs.
Maintain light
Keep your light in good repair by adopting a regular maintenance program.
If the light does not work properly, return the light to a MILWAUKEE service
facility for repairs.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of personal injury and damage, never
immerse your tool in liquid or allow a liquid to flow inside
them.
Cleaning
Keep tool handles clean, dry and free of oil or grease. Use only mild soap and
a damp cloth to clean the tool since certain cleaning agents and solvents are
harmful to plastics and other insulated parts. Some of these include gasoline,
turpentine, lacquer thinner, paint thinner, chlorinated cleaning solvents, ammonia
and household detergents containing ammonia. Never use flammable or com
-
bustible solvents around tools.

LIMITED WARRANTY - USA & CANADA
Every MILWAUKEE Personal Lighting Product* (see exceptions below) is warranted to the original
purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions,
MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on a personal lighting product which, after examination, is
determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the personal
lighting product. Return of the personal lighting product to a MILWAUKEE factory Service Center loca-
tion or MILWAUKEE Authorized Service Station, freight prepaid and insured, is required. A copy of the
proof of purchase should be included with the return product. This warranty does not apply to damage
that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE
authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, accidents,
or caused by alkaline batteries.
Normal Wear: This warranty does not cover repair or replacement when normal use has exhausted the
life of a part including, but not limited to clips, straps, charging cables, wall plugs, and rubber gaskets.
This warranty does cover the LED in the personal lighting products, subject to the limitations herein.
*This warranty does not cover Cordless Battery Packs or Chargers. There are separate and distinct
warranties available for these products.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE EXCLUSIVE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT REMEDIES DESCRIBED HEREIN
IS A CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF EVERY MILWAUKEE PRODUCT.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CONDITION, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE THE PRODUCT. IN
NO EVENT SHALL MILWAUKEE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL

Lire attentivement ce manuel pour apprendre les applica-
tions et les limites de votre lampe, ainsi que les risques spécifiques relatifs à
son utilisation.
• Cet outil fonctionne avec 2 piles AAA qui doivent être installées correcte-
ment dans l’outil.
Ne pas tenter de l’utiliser avec une autre tension ou avec
un autre type d’alimentation.
• Ne pas laisser les piles à la portée des enfants.
• Ne pas mélanger des piles neuves et usées.
• Ne pas mélanger des piles de marques différentes (ou des piles de même
marque mais de types différents).
• Ne pas mélanger des piles rechargeables et non rechargeables.
• Installer les piles en respectant la polarité (+ et -) indiquée.
• Se débarrasser immédiatement des piles usées.
• Ne pas brûler ou démonter les piles.
• Éviter tout contact avec le liquide pouvant être éjecté de la pile en cas de
manutention abusive. En cas de contact accidentel, rincer immédiatement
les parties atteintes avec de l’eau. Si le liquide entre en contact avec les
yeux, consulter un médecin.
Le liquide éjecté de la pile peut causer des
irritations ou des brûlures.
• Ne pas jeter l'outil ou les piles avec les déchets de votre foyer!
L'appareil
et les piles qui ont atteint la fin de leur durée de vie utile doivent être ramassés
séparément et retournés à une installation de recyclage écologique.
• Maintenir en état les étiquettes et les plaques signalétiques.

MONTAGE DE L'OUTIL
Remplacement des piles
Utiliser uniquement des piles alcalines. Ne pas utiliser des piles au zinc-carbone.
En cas d’entreposage pour une longue durée, retirer les piles en vue de protéger
la lampe contre la corrosion. Pour remplacer les piles :
1. Faire tourner le capuchon pour ouvrir la porte du compartiment des piles.
2. Insérer deux piles AAA, en respectant la polarité indiquée sur le compartiment
des piles.
3. Fermer le compartiment des piles.
MANIEMENT
AVERTISSEMENT
Pour réduire les risques de blessure, ne pas re-
garder directement dans la lumière lorsque
l'éclairage est allumé.
Appuyer sur le bouton d’alimentation pour allumer ou éteindre la lampe.
ENTRETIEN
AVERTISSEMENT
Pour réduire le risque de blessures, toujours re-
tirer les piles avant d’en assurer l’entretien. Ne
jamais démonter l’outil. Pour toute réparation, communiquer avec un
centre de service MILWAUKEE.
Entretien de la lampe
Garder votre lampe en bon état en le soumettant à un programme d’entretien
régulier. Si la lampe ne fonctionne pas correctement, la confier à un centre de
service MILWAUKEE afin de la faire réparer.
AVERTISSEMENT
Pour minimiser les risques de blessures ou de
dommages à l'outil, n'immergez jamais l'outil, la
batterie ou le chargeur et ne laissez pas de liquide s'y infiltrer.
Nettoyage
Garder les poignées de l’outil propres, sèches et exemptes d’huile ou de graisse.
Utiliser uniquement un savon doux et un linge humide, puisque certains agents
de nettoyage et certains solvants peuvent détériorer le plastique et les autres
pièces isolées. En voici des exemples : l’essence, la térébenthine, les diluants
à laque ou à peinture, les solvants chlorés, l’ammoniaque et les détergents à
usage domestique qui en contiennent. Ne jamais utiliser de solvants inflam
-
mables ou combustibles autour des outils.

usure naturelle, absence d’entretien, accidents ou provoqués par des piles alcalines.
Usure régulière : Cette garantie n'est inclut pas des réparations ou remplacements lorsque l’usure na-
turelle ait épuisé la vie d’une pièce, y compris des agrafes, sangles, câbles de chargement, adaptateurs
muraux et joints caoutchouc. Cette garantie n’inclut pas les lumières LED dans les produits d’illumination
personnelle, soumis aux limitations ci-incluses.
*Cette garantie n’inclut pas des bloc-piles ou chargeurs sans fil. Il y a des garanties indépendantes et
