3.5. Saved files area functions
In FILE, it is possible to:
1. Find cases by using the search function.
2. Browse a case.
3. Delete case.
4. Present case.
5. Print the report of a case.
6. Add a tag to a case.
By entering this section, all the cases saved are shown in the table; all the columns are empty except those
relative to the case name.
Pressing the line of the concerned case displays all its details and the thumbnails of its images appear on
the right. An example is shown below.
There are 3 buttons in the middle of the page:
- SEARCH
- RESET SEARCH
- LOAD ALL DATA
SEARCH: press this button to search for the concerned case after having filled in the fields at the
top of the page (a case can be found by entering the name, date of creation/last change, the
creator, author of the last change or the note)
RESET SEARCH: press this button to delete all the changes entered previously after having
performed filtering and to see the complete list of cases.
LOAD ALL DATA: press this button to load all the data of the cases and to view them in the table
(not only the case name). The duration of this operation depends on the number of cases saved.
Pressing this button, the message “Loading cases, please wait…” appears, showing a progress
bar of the time remaining, as shown below.
