Setting alarm thresholds

A minimum and maximum value can be set for each of the logged in sensors.
Exceeding the value will result in flashing of the display (alarm). Newer logger
models also emit an acoustic signal.

Exceeding the threshold values is logged in the memory and marked on the printout.
