MIKROTRON cannot be held responsible for the loss of data. We
recommend a backup plan.
In case of warranty, please, make a note of the camera type and its
serial number (S/N).
You find all necessary information on the identification plate of the
camera.
Before sending back the camera, ask for a RMA (return merchan

dise authorization) number and RMA form either by:

Send the camera back to your distributor. If no distributor is avail
