Activating TempControl
Place a pan on the cooking zone and
add frying fat/oil if necessary.
Touch the sensor control for the
frying level you want to use (
,,
).
The sensor control for the frying level
selected will start to pulsate.
Once the pre-set temperature for the
frying level selected has been reached:
- A signal sounds.
- The sensor control lights up
constantly.
- The simmer setting sensor control
lights up.
Place the food in the frying pan.
Simmer setting
If you want to cook on low heat
following the frying process, select the
simmer setting.
Touch the simmer setting sensor
control
and add at least 250 ml of
liquid.
