Method
1. Pizza dough: Mix the flour, yeast,
salt, oil and water together and knead
until you have a smooth dough. Leave
to prove at room temperature for
approx. 20 minutes.
2. Punch down briefly, then roll out on a
floured surface to make a circular
shape approx. 30 cm in diameter.
Transfer to a greased glass tray.
3. Spread some tomato passata over
the pizza, and season with salt, pepper
and oregano.
4. Arrange the topping of your choice
on the pizza and bake immediately.
5. To make a calzone, roll the pizza
base out on a floured surface to make a
30 cm diameter circle. Spread the filling
of your choice over one half of the
base. Fold the other half of the circle
over to create a semi-circle. Press the
edges together firmly. Place the
calzone on the greased glass tray,
brush the surface with milk and bake
until golden.

Tip:
Double the quantities if you want to
make enough dough to cover the entire
glass tray and then bake using Fan
plus, Conventional heat or Intensive
bake for 30–40 minutes.
