Installation
Fitting the A 812
The A 812 adapter is designed for use on injector manifolds with silic-
one adapters.
Remove a nozzle and the silicone adapter from the injector mani-
fold.
Place the sealing ring around the injector port that is now free.
Insert the threaded bush into the injector port.
Secure the threaded bush with the clamp. The clamp must reach
around the injector manifold.
Screw the bottom part of the adapter
into the threaded bush.
The wash water used for reprocessing narrow lumen instruments
such as transmission instruments needs to be filtered.
To do this, insert an FP 20 filter plate
into the bottom part.
Insert the silicone adapter
into the bottom part.
Screw the top part
and bottom part
together.
You can then connect the nozzles, e.g. nozzles with A 815 silicone
hoses, or other irrigation sleeves and rinse fittings of your choice to
the adapter.
To fit the A 812 on an injector manifold with a screw thread, you
have to replace the clamp, sealing ring, and threaded bush with the
A 801 threaded adapter.
