DESCRIPTION
I. MODEL IDENTIFICATION
PS360E-Series
Ovens can be used to bake and/or
cook a wide variety of food products, such as pizza,
pizza-type products, cookies, sandwiches, and others.
The PS360E may be used either as a single oven or
stacked for use as double or triple ovens.
A single PS360E-Series Oven is mounted on a base
with 15" (381mm) legs and casters. A double oven is
mounted on a base with 10" (254mm) legs and
casters. A triple oven is mounted on a base with
casters.
On a double or triple oven, the ovens operate
independently. All ovens use identical controls and
components. One oven can be cleaned or serviced,
while the others are operating.
