There may be errors in the system that
preclude operation.
•
Review all error codes displayed on the
alphanumeric display.

Receive signal too low/no carrier lock -
The signal coming into the unit is too low,
too noisy to lock to, or missing.
•
Check and adjust the RF path to increase
signal strength, move antennas, or
remove obstacles to get a clearer
transmission path.
•
Try moving to a different (cleaner)
channel.
•
Contact technical staff.
Low SNR - The signal-to-noise threshold
is too low to pass the selected modulation
type.
•
If you are using a more dense coding,
i.e., 64QAM, try moving to a more robust
coding, i.e., QPSK.
•
Check and adjust the RF path to increase
signal strength, move antennas, or
remove obstacles to get a clearer
transmission path.
•
Try moving to a different (cleaner)
channel.
•
