
1. Connect your sensors to the sensor connector. You can use the Cable set NANO universal (300250)
for this purpose. Further compatible cable sets are detailed in the chapter "Cable" on page 119.
Important note:
When using a cable set with open cable ends, use suitable means to protect
the joint against the penetration of moisture and dust. You can use the Clamping tube(300256 )
or Pressure compensation tube (300131 ) for this purpose (see "Use of the clamping tubes" on
page 47).
2. Connect the antenna (see "Connecting the GSM antenna" on page 49).
3. Initiate ALOHA transmission mode (see "ALOHA transmission mode" on page 32). The status LED
should then start to flicker (see "Status LED" on page 64), indicating that a connection is being
established.
Note:
If the myDatalogNANO is still in transport mode, the transport lock is deactivated by the initiation
of ALOHA transmission mode and the device starts to operate in accordance with the configuration.
The following step is not mandatory.
4. Check whether the connection to the myDatanet has worked correctly (see "Testing communication
