Chapter 11 Removal/disposal

Incorrect disposal can cause environmental hazards.

Dispose of the device components and packaging material in accordance with the locally valid environmental
regulations for electronic products.

Logo for the EU WEEE Directive

This symbol indicates that the requirements of Directive 2002/96/EC regarding the scrap disposal
of waste from electric and electronic equipment must be observed. The device includes a battery
or rechargeable battery (lithium) that must be disposed of separately.

Depleted BLE mA Link can also be returned to the manufacturer to be disposed of correctly (see "Contact
information" on page 45).
