Image Processing Settings

Multiple Symbols in Fast Linear Mode

Applies to For

Usage:

Standard

mode should decode over 90% of symbologies.

Mode 1

is useful for QR code and narrow-margined symbols.

Mode 2

and

Mode 3

are intended for multiple symbols in the same FOV.

Mode 3

can also be used for narrow-margined symbols and large QR code

with large position detection patterns.

Mode 4

applies to Data Matrix only and is used in rare cases to improve

readability.

Mode 5

is used to increase decode rates of linear symbols that are presented

in the picket fence direction.

Reference Decode Algorithm

is used for symbol verification.

Definition:

Processing modes can affect processing time and image quality.
