Read Rate
Decode (and percentage) rates can vary dramatically due to the angle and location of
the label in relation to the scan beam (or scan line, if using a scan head with a moving
beam). These tests are very useful in aligning and positioning the scanning device dur-
ing installation.
Single Label Percent Test
Clicking

instructs the scanner to output the percent of
decodes and any scanned label data.

instructs the scanner to output the
decodes per second and label data (if any). The decode rate can vary dramatically due
to the angle and location of the label in relation to the scan beam (or scan line, if using

Multi-label Percent Test
