The Bluetooth key must be installed according to the instructions of the manufacturer of the
BTLE interface (see left). To check the BTLE adapter was correctly installed, on the desktop,
right click on the icon {My computer} then select consecutively {Properties}

INSTALLATION OF HOOKUP RS SOFTWARE
The software can be installed on Windows XP SP2 (minimum OS configuration), Windows 7,
8, 8.1 (32 & 64 bits platform).
NOTE:
Installation screens can vary according to the OS and hardware (computer and BTLE
interface. The following screenshots have been created on Windows 8.1 with 1680 x 1050
resolution of the screen and BTLE interface from Belkin).
Insert HookUp RS or Synescope 3.30 installation CD-ROM, wait for
[Autorun]
/ {Autorun} or
run HUESV2.EXE to start it manually. Select the option
[Install HookUp RS]
/ {HookUp RS}
to run the installation wizard and follow the instructions. Create a shortcut if necessary of the
"HookUp RS.exe" executable file to the desktop in order to access the HookUp RS program
more easily.
Switch on Spider SAS by pressing the On/Off button.
The Status LED flashes orange every 2 seconds, confirming device is on and recognized by
a Bluetooth interface. As Bluetooth Low Energy devices are designed from an energy-saving
technology; the range is 3 meters at the most.
After starting the software, press
[HookUp RS]
