The PTFE capillaries firmly mounted on the MSM-HC are connected to the
other components of the IC system as follows:
CAUTION
As the PTFE capillaries are very soft, the pressure screws should not be
overtightened.
Flattened capillaries can be shortened with the help of a capillary cutter.
