RFC2544 specifies an IP payload for the test packets. With timestamping, this
makes the minimum size of a test packet 66 bytes. If 64-byte packets are specified,
the unit will automatically adjust the size and place a warning message in the report.
If it is important to test with 64-byte packets, then the packet payload may be
specified as
IEEE803a (L2)
