Measure
Forward/Backward Annotation mode
The Measure settings screen contains the Annotation Mode settings for Mx200 measurement. By
default the Mx200 is in “Backward” annotation mode.
-In “Backward” annotation mode measurements are completed when the operator presses the Finish
key.
-In “Forward” annotation mode measurements will be automatically finished or completed, when
the specified number of points have been probed for a given feature type.
•
Set the desired mode, Forward or Back, by selecting the softkey menu button.
•
Specify the number of points, by feature type, where the measurement should be completed
automatically. Highlight a feature type, press “Enter”, and then specify the number of points for
that feature.
Using the xLogic function for crosshair measurements
xLogic mode is disabled by default. When enabled the “Enter” key will automatically start a
measurement. As points are added to the measurement the Mx200 will actively determine the intended
feature type, based on the positions of the points entered. Double press “Enter”, or press “Finish” to
complete the measurement.
