For maintenance, your mini bike may be 

maintained by an authorized Metal

Motorsports service dealer or a repair 

shop of your choosing.  

Following the proper maintenance pro-

cedures and time table for maintenance 

listed in this manual is important for 

the safety of the rider and the life span 

of the Mini Bike.  When riding in harsh 

conditions, such as water, mud and dust, 

the maintenance procedures should be 

performed more often.  

Performing maintenance and inspec-

tion while the engine is running could be 

hazardous.
Performing maintenance and inspections 

while the engine is running could result in 

getting body parts or clothing caught in 

moving parts, or could result in touching 

hot items  which could result in severe 

injury.
Shut off engine when performing 

maintenance and inspection checks,  with 

the exception  checking the engine stop 

switch and throttle.
