Two dynamic measurements simultaneously

Two dynamic measurements can be executed simultaneously.
These are distinquished by the opcodes:

Dynamic measurement 1: opcDDM1 (0x50) and opcRDM1
(0x60)

Dynamic measurement 2: opcDDM2 (0x51) und opcRDM2
(0x61)

If two time-triggered dynamic measurements are executed
simultaneously, the sum of the sample-rates is limited to 5.000
