Limit Switches 

 

Limit Switches Menu 

There are two programmable limit switches, one for hopper weight and one for the Panel 
Meter function. 

Weight Limits 

This button allows you to set the limits for the 

High Weight

 and 

Low Weight

 logical 

outputs. The limits are absolute values in engineering units. When the weight exceeds 
the limit the output will turn On, after the delay time.

The High Weight parameter is significant, because you can’t perform a Weight 
Calibration procedure, if the Current Weight plus the Calibration Weight exceeds this 
limit. See Weight Procedure on page 49. 

Panel Meter Limits 

This button allows you to set the upper and lower limits for the High Panel Mtr and Low 
Panel Mtr Hi logical outputs. See Panel Meter Setup on page 31.
