Implementation of the V-pose above the stowage
compartment of the centre console at the height of
the central display
#
Position your hand above the stowage com-
partment of the centre console at the height
of the central display. The back of your hand is
facing upwards. In doing so, your index and
middle finger are spread to form a V. With your
other fingers bent inwards.

Briefly hold the V pose.
The favourite is called up.
Operating functions by moving your hand towards
the touchscreen (INFOTAINMENT/reactive)

The cameras are switched on:
The rear camera enables playback of animated
content on the rear displays

The recognition is performed by moving the
hand towards the touchscreen.
The front camera enables the playback of ani-
mated content on the central display and, if
equipped with MBUX Hyperscreen, also on the
front passenger display.
Animated content in the home screen
The MBUX Interior Assistant detects in which area
your hand is in front of the touchscreen. The dis-
play of objects shown is animated to improve ori-
entation.

Move your hand towards the touchscreen or
the rear display.
The contents on the home screen turn
towards the driver or front passenger or are
visually highlighted for the rear occupants.

Other content is animated on the rear dis-
plays.

Continue operation and select a quick-access
application, for example.

Animated content in the menu
The MBUX Interior Assistant detects proximity to
various interaction elements of the multimedia
system.

With the setting function display active, for
example the seat setting, move your hand
towards the touchscreen.
On the display, the interaction elements are
enlarged or animated.
Depending on the function, changing the settings
is more convenient for the vehicle occupant.
