Never leave children unattended in the

Requirements:

The key is in the vehicle and is recognised.

Vehicles with automatic transmission: The
brake pedal is not depressed.

Vehicles with manual transmission: The clutch
pedal is not depressed.

To switch on the power supply: press button

once.
You can, for example, switch on the wind-
screen wiper.
The power supply is switched off again if the fol-
lowing conditions are met:

You open the driver's door.
R
You press button 1 twice more.

To switch on the vehicle: press button
1
twice.
Indicator and warning lamps light up on the
instrument cluster.
The vehicle is switched off again if one of the fol-
lowing conditions is met:
R
Vehicles with automatic transmission:You do
not start the vehicle within 15 minutes and the
transmission is in position

or the electric
parking brake is applied.
R
Vehicles with manual transmission: You do not
start the vehicle within 15 minutes and the
electric parking brake is applied.
R
You press button 1 once.
