functioned, you may not recognise function
restrictions applying to safety relevant sys‐
tems.

impaired, park the vehicle safely as soon as pos‐
sible. Contact a qualified specialist workshop.

The engine will be damaged if you drive with
the engine in the overrevving range.

Do not drive with the engine in the over‐
revving range.
The fuel supply is interrupted to protect the
engine when the red band in rev counter

(overrevving range) is reached.
During normal operating conditions, coolant
temperature display

may rise to 120 °C.

WARNING Danger of burns when open‐
ing the bonnet
If you open the engine bonnet when the
engine has overheated or during a fire in the
engine compartment, you could come into
contact with hot gases or other escaping
operating fluids.

Before opening the bonnet, allow the
engine to cool down.
