- Turning the Nozzle
The Swivel Spout is driven by a hydraulic motor, coupled with a gear pair that provides
perfect timing.
Throughout the workday, there may be wear on the assemblies, so follow the procedures below for
maintenance when needed.
a) Remove the guards (1) through the screws (2).
b) Remove the screw (3), lock washer (4), plain washer (5) to gain access to gear (6), if
necessary replace it) Remove the guards (1) through the screws (2).

necessary replace.
c) If there is wear on the split gear (7), remove the screws (8) to make the change.
d) Replacing the motor (9) should, if necessary, perform procedures A and B, remove
screws if necessary, replace hoses by removing motor connections.

IMPORTANT
The speed of Spout Turn depends on the opening of the register in the hoses.
Ideally, the spout rotates smoothly without leaps
