4.1 - TRUCK TRANSPORT
Whenever it is necessary to transport
the machine over long distances or on
public roads, transport must be done
on a truck or trailer.
4.2 - LOADING AND UNLOADING
PACKED MACHINE:
Exclusively for export, the machine is supplied
packaged and packed in a container cart.To
remove the container and move the packed
machine, a forklift must be used.
Do not attempt to lift the packed machine using a
winch or crane.
UNPACKING MACHINE:
To lift the machine without packaging, use a
winch with capacity appropriate to its weight. In
this case, always lift the machine at the points
shown in the illustration at the right.
IMPORTANT
The machine must be completely inside the body of the vehicle used for transport.
Use cables, lashings, ropes, etc., in sufficient quantity to immobilize and maintain the stable
load on the truck or trailer. Be aware of the total height of the load, especially under mains,
viaducts and others.
Check the load conditions (loose cables, shims and others) periodically while
traveling. Always follow current traffic laws.
CAUTION
Keep a safe distance when lifting the
machine.
Do not allow close people to be present
during lifting.
Remember
that
intentional
or
unintentional lateral movement of the
machine is possible when suspended.
Never stand under a suspended
machine.
