3 - PROTECTIONS AND SAFETY
In the development of the project, fixed safety protections were adopted in the hazardous
operating zones, as determined by Regulatory Standard NR12.
This measure is intended to provide protection to operators and others involved in the
operation of this machine.
Never use the machine without safety guards! Replace damaged safety guards
immediately.
RISKS OF REMOVAL OF SAFETY PROTECTIONS
Do not operate machine without transmission coupling guards (S).
Contact with moving couplings will cause serious injuries such as fractures, sprains,
etc.
Do not operate the machine with cardan shafts without safety guards. Contact with moving and
unprotected cardan shafts will cause serious injuries such as fractures, sprains, etc.

NOTE:
In accordance with Regulatory Standard NR-12, "fixed protection" is considered to be the
element specifically used to provide safety through physical barrier.It must be kept in
position permanently or by means of fasteners that only allow its removal or opening with
the use of tools.
