CAUTION: Further access to the interior of the instrument is NOT recommended.
There are no user-serviceable plumbing or parts inside. In addition to the danger-
ous voltages present (line voltage), there are circuits sensitive to electrostatic
discharge damage.
ESD PROTECTION REQUIRED! The proper use of grounded work surfaces and
personal wrist straps are required when coming into contact with exposed cir-
cuits (printed circuit boards) to prevent static discharge damage to sensitive
electronic components.
WARNING! If faults cannot be corrected locally, immediately take the system off
line and protect it from unintentional restarts. Contact Mensor Customer Service
for further instructions. Apparent problems are frequently resolved over the
telephone by our staff.
Do not risk voiding the warranty. Higher level repairs must be carried out exclusively by Mensor
authorized personnel, or under Mensor supervision.
Servicing of electrical, electronic or pneumatic equipment must be performed by qualified and authorized
technical staff, observing all relevant safety regulations.
9.3.1 Barometric Reference Removal
To remove the optional Barometric reference, first turn off the CPC3050 and loosen the Phillips head
screws to remove top cover of the chassis The barometric reference can be removed by removing the
attached ribbon cable, loosening the thumb screw, and lifting the barometric reference out of the chassis.
