If you experience a problem with the sRB-20210G, you may be asked to provide the
Export Log files for debugging purposes.
You can also use the Port Counters Statistics feature to collect specific statistics on each one of
the 10 GbE ports.
10.1
Using’exportLog’
If you experience a problem with the sRB-20210G, you might be asked to provide the
exportLogs file for debugging purposes.
This log can be stored on a remote server using the following CLI command:
exportLog
Description:
Uploads the log files to the Remote server, using previously defined
server name, user name, and password.
Syntax:
exportLog [remote path]
Example:
10G(config-remote)# exportLog /pub/

Viewing Port Counters Statistics

Viewing Port Counters Statistics via the GUI
This feature allows you to run and view statistics on each one of the selected 10 GbE ports.
To view the 10 GbE Gateway port statistics according to category via the GUI,
proceed as follows:
Step 1
On the sRB-20120G zoom view, right-click one of the 10 GbE Gateway Ethernet ports and
select
Port Counters Statistics
from the menu. The
Port Counters Statistics dialog box is
displayed, as shown below.
